6.I didn’t find the product/size I wanted, can I customize it?
Customization is possible. We have two major factories that can provide you with any style and size you want.
We can provide samples, but you will need to pay for the international shipping fee. If you have any future orders, we can waive this shipping fee for you in the subsequent orders.
15-25 days after receiving the deposit, if it is our regular stock product, we can ship it within 48 hours at the shortest.
For large orders, a 30% deposit shall be paid after signing the contract, and the balance shall be settled by wire transfer letter of credit/Western Union or other payment methods you desire before delivery.

11.What are main rack and add on rack?
The difference between these two kinds of racks is upright. Main rack is the start rack with 2 uprights and add on rack is the continue rack with only 1 upright. For example, if there are 15 wall racks against the wall, the structure will be 1 main rack+ 14 add on racks.
12.What is the manner of packing?
Generally, storage rack are flat packed by air bubble film. It can protect the racks from being damage, which is safe for long distance shipping.
13. What are your company shipping times?
This depends on the product. Inventory in our United States warehouses (typically in California) can be shipped within 48 hours. Inventory in our Chinese warehouses (typically in Zhangzhou or Xiamen) can be delivered within 4 weeks if everything goes through customs smoothly. For custom orders, we will give you an estimated lead time, which will highly depend on how soon we can set up our machines and how quickly we can build the tools to manufacture your order.
14. How do I check on the status of my order?
We will send you all information and photos at each production stage of your order. You will be updated in a timely manner.
15. When can i get a quote for my order?
We usually provide quotes within 24 hours after receiving your inquiry. If you need a response sooner than that, please let us know by email or phone, and we will prioritize your request.
